Exercise can have a big impact on our mental health. So too can a lack of it. I want to encourage people to exercise regularly to prevent a decline in their wellbeing.
Therefore, I have created a free bodyweight training program.
The program contains three four-week workout plans - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Within each plan you will also find a link to a YouTube instructional video to ensure you are exercising safely and effectively.
