You can contact other volunteers and neighbours.
Those other volunteers can in turn contact people near them that need help, but gathering information into databases is potentially open to abuse, and sharing information without people being aware or consenting to how it is shared is very much a red flag area.
Please tread very carefully when collecting and sharing personal information.
